On Wednesday, December 21, 2022 we sold 1202 cattle for 136 consigners. Due to weather there were limited buyer and trucks. Steer calves sold 300 weights 230.00 to 200.00; 400 weights 211.00 to 185.00. Heifer calves sold 300 weights 191.00 to 176.00; 400 weights 180.00 to 161.00. Stocker steers sold 500 weights 182.00 to 170.00; 600 weights 171.00 to 160.00. Stocker heifers sold 500 weights 158.00 to 151.00; 600 weights 156.00 to 150.00. Feeder steers sold 700 weights 166.00 to 151.00. Feeder heifers sold 700 weights 156.00 to 150.00. Butcher cows sold fleshy 81.00 to 70.00; feeding 69.00 to 61.00; thin 60.00 to 52.00. Butcher bulls sold fleshy 107.00 to 97.00; feeding 97.00 to 91.00; thin 90.00 to 81.00. On Saturday, December 17, 2022 we sold 1235 cattle for 81 consigners. Bred heifers sold 1200 to 925 weights 1785.00 to 1475.00; 900 to lighter weights 1375.00 to 1025.00. Young bred cows sold 3 & 4 yr old in 2nd trimester 1875.00 to 1310.00; 5 yr old in 2 trimester 1425.00 to 1200.00; solids in 2nd trimester 1300.00 to 1050.00; 3 & 4 yr old May calvers 1285.00 to 1060.00; 3 to 4 yr old summer calvers 1185.00 to 1060.00. Old bred cows sold short solid to older 1100.00 to 800.00.
