NOT SEEING VIDEO... COULD IT BE MY INTERNET BROWSER?
Not Seeing Video (black screen or rotating circle)
For PC’s and Mac's it is recommended that you use Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox as your internet browser to access the site. If you are using a recommended broser and still not getting video the issue is commonly a network Firewall, anti-virus, or internet connection (such as satellite or Hughesnet internet service). For mobile devices you will need to go to the App store and download LMA Ringside to view the sales. Internet Explorer is not compatible to view the sales as Microsoft has stopped supporting the legacy browser.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD / USERNAME
If you do not remember you password please go to LMAAuctions.com, click on Login and then follow the link for either Forgot Password to reset your password or Forgot Username to reset your username.
WHY CAN I NOT SEE WEIGHT AND HEAD COUNT INFORMATION?
Some markets do not have a person who is actively clerking the online portion of the sale and do not want to have a second camera focused into the market weight board. At these markets, you will only be able to view the sale ring and hear the auctioneer audio. Listen to the auctioneer for lot information as it is announced.
HOW CAN I MAKE THE VIEW FULL SCREEN
At the bottom of the broadcast video there is a button, “FULLSCREEN”, simply left-click with your mouse to make the sale cover your whole video screen.
THE VIDEO STREAM FROZE, NOW WHAT?
Please press the “Refresh” button under the video player.
I DON'T HEAR ANY AUDIO
Please make sure the volume is turned up and that your speakers or headphones are plugged in. On the video player you will see a mute / unmute button below the video frame. Click to unmute the audio feed. If you are still experiencing audio issues please use the contact us form on this site and provide a description of your issues.
LMA Ringside App for iPad, iPhone, and Android Devices
You can now view and bid live in all auctions via the LMA Ringside App. Search for LMA Ringside in your app store for iPhones, iPads and Android devices. Please note that your iOS device must be updated to a minimum of iOS version 11 or later. The log in credentials for LMA Ringside are the same as your log in credentials for the LMAAuctions web platform.
I have Hughesnet Satellite Service
Hughesnet Satellite service has been experiencing inconsistent streaming of LMAauctions.com. Customers have been experiencing high Ping rates which causes latency issues with streaming the video.
You can check your Ping and Download rates at www.speedtest.net. In general for ping rates, less than 50ms ping is really good, less than 100ms ping is good to average, 150ms and above is where you notice lag in connecting to websites.
If you are experiencing high ping rates, contact Hughesnet for technical support. You can also try using your smart phone on your mobile data plan to see the video stream.
Bidding - How do I register to bid for a sale?

If you are already registered with LMAAuctions.com to view the sales, follow the below directions or watch our short "How to Register to Bid" video here:
- Log in to LMAAuctions.com
- Click on Register to Bid next to the sale that you have interest in.
- The form will auto-fill with information that you provided when registering as a viewer. You are required to complete the fields highlighted red ( First Name, Last Name, Address 1, City, State, Zip, Main Phone, Bank Name, Bank City, Bank State, Loan Officer and Bank Phone).
- Check mark the authorization
- Click on Register at the bottom of the page.
LMAAuctions.com does not do a blanket approval as each auction market approves their own buyers. Also, not all auction markets take online bids. Please contact the market to resolve any questions about bidding.
Once you fill out the buyer’s registration form you will receive either an Approval email, a Declined bidder email or an email requesting that you complete a Buyer Registration and Consent Agreement and return it to the auction in order to complete your bidder request. If additional information is needed you will be sent an email with a Buyer Registration Consent Agreement attached for you to complete and return to the market by email or fax.
To expedite this process, it is suggested that you contact your bank to give them approval to release your information and notifying them of your intent to bid online with the auction. While waiting for approval, you will see Buyer # Pending.
Once approved, log out and back in to the site to refresh your accounts. You can also click on My Account to see the full list of auctions that you are registered with. Any questions about bidding, sale terms and conditions should be directed to each auction that you are doing business with. It is recommended that you contact the auctions directly by phone to inquire about approval time and terms of payment.
Your bidder registration is shared only with the markets where you have registered. Each market controls their own buyer database and approvals.

WILL MY OLD COMPUTER WORK (WINDOWS XP, VISTA, OLDER MAC)
As of December 6, 2018 Google Chrome doesn’t work with the following older platforms:
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
- Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7, and 10.8
For our LMAAuctions users that are still using legacy older computers you may still be able to use Mozilla Firefox to view the sales. If you don't have Firefox you can download it here: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox
It is recommended that you move away from use of these legacy (retired) computers and operating systems due to security flaws.

WHEN WILL I BE APPROVED TO BID?
If you've already completed the register to bid form next to the sale(s) of your choice be sure to check your email as you may have a follow up request from the auction management for a Buyer Registration and Consent Agreement in order to process your request. Any questions about why your registration is not yet approved, what additional information may be necessary to process the approval or other sale terms should be directed to the auction management. The auction phone numbers can be found to the right of their auction name in the list of sales.
