***UPDATE ON SALE PROCEDURES***

We at Cherokee Sales Company understand that continuing to hold weekly sales is vital to the livelihood of our customers, especially during this time of year. Therefore, in order to comply with CDC guidelines and ultimately ensure that we will be allowed to continue to hold sales we are asking that:

- foot traffic in the sale barn be limited to buyers and sellers with cattle consigned to this week's sale

-while we are not prohibiting sellers from watching their cattle sell at this time, we do strongly encourage them as well as anyone else wanting to watch the sale, go to www.lmaauctions.com to view the sale.

- in order to maximize the number of buyers we can have attend and follow CDC guidelines for their safety, we ask that if the seller would like to watch their cattle sell, that they kindly leave after they have sold to allow for another seller to watch their cattle sell.

-we will limit the number of people in the barn to 50 including employees. Buyers will take precedence.

-we recommend that sellers receive their checks by mail, however arrangements can be made to deliver a check if necessary. If interested in having your seller check delivered please call the sale barn office to make arrangements 580.596.3361

-We are asking those that attend the sale to please comply with CDC guidelines and keep a safe 6' distance from others.
