Not Seeing Video (black screen or rotating circle)

 

For PC’s and Mac’s it is recommended that you use Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox as your internet browser to access the site.  If you are using a recommended broser and still not getting video the issue is commonly a network Firewall, anti-virus, or internet connection (such as satellite or Hughesnet internet service). For mobile  devices you will need to go to the App store and download LMA Ringside to view the sales. Internet Explorer is not compatible to view the sales as Microsoft has stopped supporting the legacy browser.
